Hi, As i'm new to this please bear with me. I started back cycling about 2 year ago and I would like to cycle part of the Royal Canal way from say Kinnegad towards Mullingar and back to Kinnegad. I am over 70 years,however, I am reasonably fit, I cycle shorts runs of about 16-20K about 4 times a week. Anyone who has cycled…

Hi there,

Welcome to Boards. I would advise heading over to the Cycling forum or perhaps the Westmeath regional forum. They would be more accustomed to this route and may be able to give you some idea.
