    Tells you the state of your brain while you're meditating, by giving feedback (in terms of sounds like birds chirping).

    More birds chirping, the more equananimous you are. Or so the theory goes.

    Some might ask doesn't that defeat the purpose of meditation I wouldn't say so. You just incorporate the sounds as another part of your surroundings.
