Bank Statement

    I need an up to date bank statement today (my online one is from 2016). I ordered online an up to date one but it will only arrive tomorrow. Can I walk into the bank today and request that they print one for me?

    Hi Hayleyzz,

    Welcome to Boards, and thanks for your post.

    E-statements, once ordered, take one business day to become available to view and print from your 365 online profile.
    You can print a mini statement in the branch however this wont have your name and address details included, so cant be used as a proof of address.

    As you've ordered it today, it'll be available fist thing in the morning, Once its available, you can save this to any devise and send in an e-mail, or download it and print it yourself.
