    Pretty much the same innards in the X and 8... Screen and Face ID are the main differentiator...

    Apple was working to integrate Touch ID into the display of the "X" up until only a few months ago. While I think Face ID will work fine for the most part, it was almost certainly a fallback.

    Lemme stop you there... I use my devices all day and charge them all day too not just at night because the battery life is fúcking terrible

    Yeah it will. They couldn’t build Touch ID into the glass this time so they went with Face ID it seems.

    Apple Music is not really a cost and could bring new customers to Apple Music in future as they renew a year later.
