Never heard anything bad about the area. Great location, close to everything. One concern might be is it too close to train station to be disturbed by the noise - something to check out, but I think you'd be far enough away for it not to be an issue.

Dangerous being so close to the Happy Eater though. Prepare to put on a lot of weight ...

Oh, and I dont see mention of parking in the ad - is that an issue for you?
