In Lanzarote and data not working

    Can you please advise if there is an issue with data roaming in Lanzarote as it is not working and despite being told that I wouldn't have to do anything to enable it when I got here.

    Do Boards.ie have an expectation of their 'talk to' customers/companies actually responding to people at some stage?

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your service. Can you do a location update on your device by putting it on flight mode for 10 minutes then restarting it please?
