Mkhitaryan must have been incredible in training because there's no way in hell his match form merits him starting this game. Jose probably fancies his pace for the counter attacks but even still, I'd rather Lingard ahead of him and I'm not a big Lingard fan.

As much as I've been unimpressed with Mhki this season, the man does have the ability to pull something off even if he's struggling to impose himself on the game. He just hasn't done it the past few weeks.

One precisely threaded ball could make all the difference in these games and I think that's why José continues to play him.

In the position the linesman and Silva was in, the difference could be millimetres and he should still get it right.

I think tge plan is to use valencia for the right but his final ball leaves a lot to be desired most of the time

Decent enough start from us, then Chelsea controlled from 25 minutes until half-time.

That medium-long ball down the left is doing nothing for us, something has to change in the second half.

I'd like to see us go 3 in the middle with Fellani coming on for the invisible Mkhitaryan.

Saying united have been the better team in the megathread isn't going to do any favours tbh.

Decent start to the game by us but Chelsea started to dominate half way in.

I think we were fortunate enough with the OG, nothing clear cut about it so could have gone either way.

I'm not sure if our back 3 have been instructed to not step out when in possession or whether none of them are comfortable doing so. It's resulting in us hitting it long to an isolated lukaku or just up to flanks for rashford to run onto.

I think most will be happier with a performance like this where we showed a little bit of intent to take all 3 points.
