I'd say the same as Rashford, as well. Both will be glossed over cause of the goal, but overall, I thought they were poor. Rashford has been very selfish and very wasteful.

I’m talking about tonight’s game which I would have thought was blatantly clear from my comments. He hasn’t been a joy to watch.

Saying he’s a genuine world class player is just you typing words for the sake of it in relation to his performance tonight.

You decide a player is great and so is great in everything they do in every game.

He's actually had a poor game I agree but no matter what always has the ability to turn a game which he has done

I think it's fair to say technical skills is mata's forte. He doesn't
have power or physique. Not going to burst passed people.
At his worst he's a bit tippy tappy and non productive.
At his best his sublime skills can open a team up or create a goal.

By his own standards has been a little quiet this season.
He is 29 as well, it's easy to forget. Time marches on.

Yea, I'm not an advocate of this excuse either. You have to beat the teams in front of you.

They are not in CL for nothing.
