This is what Pep said last night:

So Pep obviously feels there is cause for concern on the injury - maybe Pep and City are CONCERNED that it could be a ruptured ligament.

So are you expecting Mendy to call out Pep too? "How can you say it is longer than expected - no diagnosis yet - stop talking like you're a doctor!"

I have great difficulty with CSKA.

It is ingrained in me that it is C.S.K.A Moscow. I just can't get myself to call them 'Ceska Moscow'. Its been too long.

I honestly don't know if there was a change - but I don't think there was.

I think it is simply that we see CSKA written in that way as initials - but it is actually just a word.

It is still CSKA Moscow, just it is supposed to be pronounced as a word (Ceska/Seska).

It's an abriviation for them central sports club of the arm so what ever that is in Russian.

That would be my understanding, I think we are playing 3 at the back as Jose doesn't fully trust Smalling in a 2? And probably doesn't think Lindelof is ready yet. So Bailly in the middle

I'd say we'd be playing 3 at the back if Jones was fit too. I think it's a setup that Jose clearly wants to be able to use in certain situations. I'd be more than happy for that to continue if our players can get to grips with it.

Him and Johnny Giles love an intangible mental quality that they can use to further their points whenever it suits because it is very difficult to disprove. I always watched them for the craic, not for the nuanced analysis on the game.
