Subscription not showing

Hey guys,

Just wondering if someone could check the status of my account as a subscriber. My monthly payment went out again today but have noticed the last couple of weeks that I'm back to a registered user and in my control panel I can't change my tag or avatar.

I also followed the steps to see when my sub ends but it just brings to me the sign up page.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, I can see that the sub was paid at 3.30am so there may have been a delay in it coming through to our system but I have updated your account with the active subscription. Thanks for subscribing!

Thanks Niamh. I think it has been that way for a week or so but hopefully that'll fix it. Anyways, thanks for updating my account and thanks for having a site worth subscribing to!
