At a rough count, for 53 picks, 1pt on win, 1pt on place, total stake of 108pts sitting at -24pts, so approx -23% ROI. Market SP beaten aroune 66% of the time, not sure about betfair SP.
Place returns be around +40% profit but win is -80% or worse. Near a total loss on the win apart from one or two scrawny low odds winners not worth talking about. But that is the way it will always run. I aim to for 5% on the win and 30% on the place. Bookie has to have his fun as well
but I will always come out on top.

Going purely on 'law of averages' if I had an online account I think I'd play 10 win, and 10 each way (or 2.50, a fiver - depending on the flushness levels) on all them selections mayoman. It feels like your due one. Mightn't get those prices with the books (for each way bets, that is); probably big enough though, as you haven't many 'shorties' in your picks.

These are each way only. I'll take my hat off to any punter that can get a decent profit doing win only.
