Nah, dont be doing them if price is gone. Defo if it has dropped more than one click. Avg value is between 10 and 15% so longterm you can only make a profit provided you are getting the quoted price or be within 90% or better of the quoted price.

Anyway, got a good 9/1 placer at Dundalk... Hope Grandma gives a good account in just under an hour...

Have a few picked out for tomorrow meself; and some look like value, and a few are shorter than what I'd like, but I'll probably do em all anyway... Not all of us can make a living at this craic, and punt mainly for the buzz..

When folks ask me if I got "Any ould tip for tomorrow in Cheltenham" or whatever, rater than try to explain how things work I just give them a few of the current most mispriced horses and let them do whatever with them with what ever bookie they want. Then when one does come in that they took at 15.0 with Paddy but was available for hours on bet365 at 26.0 they are delighted. Usual thing is "Glad I took that with Paddy even though it was well under the price you sent, made me a few quid anyways" Ironically it is only when a horse comes in that it actually makes any difference whither you got the quoted price or not. If horse loses then it doesnt matter whither you got 2.0 or 51.0 for it. It is only when he wins that the difference between 15.0 and 17.0 matters. And long term boy does that matter
