This will be news to my incredibly pro vaccine sister who is a nurse...
I wonder why a huge percentage of health care workers refuse to get vaccinated if vaccines are so great ?
These same clowns will tell the public that vaccines are "safe and effective" but won't have themselves vaccinated.

I'll tell you what I think is pathetic. Idiots doing their best to scaremonger people into avoiding the HPV vaccine. One of the most tested vaccines available which has the potential to save many women from an early death. Children are going to have to watch their mothers die as a result of this regret campaign. Anyone involved in this scaremongering will have blood on their hands and should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.
The jury is still out on whether the Vaccine stops anyone from getting cancer.
But the fact is that woman are far more likely to be seriously harmed by the vaccine than die of cancer. At least cancer can be treated if you catch it early. The girls harmed by vaccine are left with a permanent disability in which there is no treatment.0 -

http://medicaladviceforyou.com/blog/gardasil-anti-cancer-vaccine-it-safeGardasil Anti-cancer Vaccine Is It Safe
Gardasil is an anti human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine introduced in 2010 as a vaccine against cervical cancer. The majority of cervical cancers are caused by the changes brought about by HPV infections of the cervix. Hence, vaccinating against this virus would seem to make perfectly good sense from a Public Health perspective.
But is it safe? That's the burning question. There are now growing concerns about this with thousands of previously healthy young girls from around the world reporting very grave symptoms following the second or third shot of Gardasil. Not only are the symptoms grossly debilitating but they are permanent and perhaps incurable. And that in my view is too high a price to pay. The risk/benefit ratio here seems to be seriously skewed while those who should be most concerned about this scandal are in denial.
Those with vested interests in deigning a connection between Gardasil vaccine and what I would like to call Post Gardasil Syndrome (PGS) like to shoehorn these girls into the diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) that coincidentally set in after they received Gardasil vaccine. This argument however is seriously flawed on two counts. First of all the symptoms of these two diseases differ considerable from each other.
The symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are:- Fatigue
- Loss of memory or concentration
- Sore throat
- Enlarged lymph nodes in your neck or armpits
- Unexplained muscle pain
- Pain that moves from one joint to another without swelling or redness
- Headache of a new type, pattern or severity
- Unrefreshing sleep
- Extreme exhaustion lasting more than 24 hours after physical or mental exercise.
- Fatigue
- Loss of memory and concentration
- Unexplained muscle and joint pains
- Headaches that can be very severe
- Unrefreshing sleep
- Extreme debilitating exhaustion
- A greater than expected incidence of autoimmune disease.
- Gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea vomiting and diarrhea.
- Neurological symptoms almost like MS -- tingling, numbness, twitching and problems with vision and hearing.
We have seen all these arguments before with the Post Finasteride Syndrome which many doctors still don't accept as real and resort to "blaming the patient". This of course only compounds the pain for the sufferers.
For more information on this horrible post-vaccine disease please have a look at this highly informative website www.regret.ie Please also think long and hard about the risk/benefit ratio for your daughter being vaccinated against a disease with a mortality rate of 3 per 100,0000 -

What qualifies this person as "leading"? Do you have any sort of scientific evidence?
I also noticed that the blog makes no mention of numbers either. If you have a study, please post it. Otherwise, this is just claptrap. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the LORD your God.

The European Medicines Agency assessment of the safety of the HPV vaccine is very flawed:
"The European Medicines Agency has not lived up to the scientific standards that must be expected of such an agency. There is so much spin in its official report (3) that it could have been written by a PR agency, and some of the text is nearly identical to the assessments of the vaccines carried out by the drug companies. One of the key arguments, which appeared ten times in the official report (3), was that there was no difference between what was observed and the expected background incidence of serious neurological harms. However, as the EMA admitted that this comparison cannot confirm a causal relationship due to the inherent limitations in such research, then the EMA cannot conclude the opposite, which is that the HPV vaccines are not harmful.
The scientific approach to finding possible harms of the HPV vaccines was very insufficient. The drug companies’ searches in their own databases were grossly inadequate, and the agency allowed the companies to exclude a large number of cases diagnosed by a skilled clinician without inspecting the underlying data (10). Furthermore, the EMA allowed one-fourth of the vaccine trials to be omitted from the manufacturers’ analyses, and the search strategies for the companies’ and the EMA’s searches in the published literature were not described (10).
In all the vaccine trials apart from a very small one, the so-called placebo was not a placebo as it contained aluminium adjuvant, which is neurotoxic in high doses (11), or it was another vaccine, for example against hepatitis, which could potentially also be neurotoxic. This makes it difficult to find a difference between harms of the vaccine and the «placebo,» but the EMA failed to address this fundamental problem in its official report (3) and allowed the manufacturers to lump all the «placebo» data together. This is contrary to good scientific practice to such a degree that we consider it outright scientific misconduct.
Contrary to the EMA’s statements, the evidence was not assessed in an objective and scientifically acceptable way (8 – 10). The evidence provided by the vaccine manufacturers was generally accepted at face value, unlike the more reliable and independent publications provided for the case. The EMA’s comments about Brinth’s research were unprofessional, pejorative and misleading and came close to an accusation of scientific misconduct, and the EMA also misrepresented the facts when it stated that its scientific assessors (co-rapporteurs) did not agree with Brinth about her concerns. The EMA’s handling of the observations and concerns the Danish Health and Medicines Authority and the WHO Uppsala Monitoring Centre had raised was not acceptable either, and this was criticised by the Danish authorities in the internal report (8,10)."

I wonder why a huge percentage of health care workers refuse to get vaccinated if vaccines are so great ?
These same clowns will tell the public that vaccines are "safe and effective" but won't have themselves vaccinated.

I know a nurse that believes in cures, is anti contraception, frequently gives bad advice to family regarding medicine, and takes random combinations of herbs, spices and liquids in the vague theory that they're good for her. She also drink drives, is virtually blind in one eye, and hasn't been to a dentist in years.
Doesn't mean she's right about any of that.0 -

But is she one of Irelands leading nurses?0 -
Written by a leading Irish Doctor.
No he's not, the only people who describe as such are regret who he cites in the bloody article... Regret are the same lot who link to aids denying radio hosts as sources so their definition of "leading" is doubtful. Got any credible sources?

I like how Dr Brown tries to add weight to his/her argument by telling us that the article is written by a doctor but then refuses to listen to almost every other doctor, including many leading doctors.0 -

That also lists many of the "symptoms" of adolesence as a result of the vaccine itself.0 -

Had my flu shot yesterday, woke up this morning with webbed feet, a hunchback, autism and cross eyes.. I should have listened to the anti-vaxxer' nutjobs.
I've also been prescribed Lipitor for cholesterol this week, apparently big pharma is out to kill me with poison's.0 -
CFS/ME is NOT a "symptom of adolescence"
It is often triggered by vaccines.
It is incurable, untreatable and disabling
Again I find myself with my head in my hands, wondering how someone with such a poor grasp of science as yourself can make grandiose pronouncements based on nothing?
Your previous contributions to this thread have consisted of posts very similar to the above, with absolutely no factual basis.
You drop a claim, then mumble about your issues and damage and then leave!
As oppossed to actually substantiating your BS!
The number of people harmed by a reaction to a vaccine is statistically miniscule compared to the number of doses given, even with the pandremix vaccine which is acknowledged to have had an adverse on a number of people.
That number equates to an approximate 1 extra adverse reaction per 100,000 people vaccinated. It asserts that the rate of narcolepsy in the unvaccinated population is 5.0 per 100,000 and that the rate of prevalence in the vaccinated population for the queried period is 5.8 per 100,000.That does appear to be a statistically significant anamoly.
I would be at odds however with the reports assertion that vaccination with pandremix results in a 13 fold greater risk of narcolepsy.
It is dressing the statistics to show the absolute worst. A clear example of utilising statistics in a poor and inconsistent manner.
I don't have time to run through the math fully as yet but I would be dubious as to whether the increase in incidence falls outside of the standard deviation.
In an earlier post I broke out the numbers so that it was more easily understood what the actual effect was, rather than the %'s.
Any medical intervention carries a risk, anyone who has suffered from a confirmed vaccine injury is of course a tragedy.
But that risk is statistically tiny, that doesn't lessen the impact on the person affected or their family, but it is part of the price to be paid to ensure the general health of the population.0 -

The first symptoms of CFS tend to occur in teens. So the assumption that it's caused by hpv vaccine is because its administered at same point. From what I've seen, the occurrence rate of CFS is no different between those who are and aren't vaccinated. (they've been posted in this thread). So nope, not caused by vaccines.0 -

Are you talking about the very same leading Doctors who have a direct financial relationship with the company who make the Vaccine ?
I'm sorry but anyone who is getting money from the manufacturer of Vaccine is not very credible.
Profit making companies are not paying Doctors out of charity.

Maybe I'm missing something but I was reading that hpsc report and noticed that the incidence among non vaccinated was 0.5 per 100,000. At 5.8 per 100,000 that would be a huge increase and certainly point to a problem.
Beginning of page 5 of the report.....
"Based on the first contact with health care because of narcolepsy symptoms, the
incidence of narcolepsy during the primary follow‐up time (01/04/2009 to 31/12/2010) was
5.8 [95% CI: 3.5‐9.0] per 100,000 person years in the vaccinated and 0.5 [95% CI: 0.2‐1.0] per
100,000 person years in the unvaccinated individuals. There was a significant 13‐fold higher risk of narcolepsy in vaccinated compared to unvaccinated individuals and the absolute increased risk associated with the vaccine was five narcolepsy cases per 100,000 vaccinated children and adolescents. These results are similar to those found in Finland and other Scandinavian countries such as Sweden and Norway."0 -

I'm sure you can link the vaccine stuff to your other pretty dodgy views too.. :rolleyes:0
