    Where would I pick up the latest copy of the Regs or is there a new one out soon? I'm in Oz and want to keep up to date before I head home. Cheers

    The ETCI have ceased trading. Not sure if you can get a printed copy elsewhere.

    Everything is legal and safe once the boys get a cut 😉.

    In all fairness it's a bit of a joke, i suspect there using the yellow book in fas for history.

    I have the yellow book somewhere, but surely they've changed a good bit since then. It's ridiculous.
