How should I go about retrieving my phone I left in Taxi?

I left my phone in a taxi last night.

The taxi wasn't prebooked, I got it off a rank, so I have no contact details.

The phone is still on, but I left it on silent on the back seat of the taxi, so I don't think the driver has picked it up yet.

What should I do?

It's a oneplus 2, running Android.

I've located where it is using find my phone.

I've locked it, and sent a recovery message so fingers crossed.
