    Does anyone know what this course is like . It's at an ideal time for me after a training block do a tenk so hoping it's ok??

    Deffo chipped - I emailed them. Now if only I could get an idea of the course

    Thanks for that! Its the Operation Transformation route so should be ok. I did the Great Ireland 10k in April and it was quite hilly - but not too bad.
