    Hi
Previous owner on the house used your service and left about 2 weeks ago.
We moved in completely 2 days ago and chose different supplier with best offer.
Of course it will take a while while new company organize all papers. The meter reading given was original since we got a keys so of course we will pay for all.
Today, to our address came letter from you stating that we have to register with you...and...we should be aware technician call up to the house might cost more than 70e.

    Can you simply explain above?
I can pm yiu our details and can you help me here? Thank you

    Hi sabinalee,

This letter is a standard automatic notification from a provider that is supplying a property which does not have anyone registered to it. After a certain period of time, the property is disconnected but this reminder is sent first. The €70 refers to the cost to reconnect the property if it is disconnected due to vacant premises (nobody being registered for a certain amount of time).

This letter would have been processed before notification was sent that there was a switch in progress to another provider, however we can check further for you by PM.

We will respond as soon as possible.

    Regards,
    Una
