What is this plant please

    Can anyone identify this plant please? It's leaves are very coarse feeling and it hasn't flowered all summer. I don't even know if it's indoor or outdoor. Thanks

    Geranium or pelargonium. Indoor, or outside until the frosts.

    Its probably a 'scented geranium', the leaves have a strong scent if you rub them. They only tend to have an insignificant tiny white flower anyway, they are grown for the scent.
