Why is landline bill showing all calls to a particular mobile as 'UPC' and charging m

    Hi,

    I was charged EUR8.70 beyond my landline package (eir Complete Broadband & Phone) price this month.
    This was made up of charges to some mobiles on 'other' networks.

    However all calls to my own mobile were put under 'UPC' and charged for.

    Why is this? I don't recall ever having dealings with UPC but there are a lot of name changes etc...

    Hi El Kabong, 

    thank you for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear this. 

    I would recommend contacting our customer care team on 1901 where they will be able to look into your bill and calls. If you were charged incorrectly they will also be able to dispute the charges also.
