Supervisor jobs

Just saw these supervisor positions advertised with LMETB. Them seem to require supervisors for break time (normal enough) and for classroom supervision. Just saw these supervisor positions advertised with LMETB. Them seem to require supervisors for break time (normal enough) and for classroom supervision. Is this not taking employment from substitute teachers?

Lots of schools have to do this because there are no teachers willing to do it. It has been happening for a few years.
