I am a native speaker and qualified German teacher. I specialise in the preparation for the oral and written German Junior and Leaving Certificate exams. My one-to-one lessons are tailor-made for each student and aim to improve conversational skills, written expression, grammar, vocabulary etc. as required.
I also teach adults at beginner, intermediate and advanced level, again as required concentrating on business German, conversational skills, written expression, preparation for language exams (e.g. at the Goethe Institute) and an introduction to German culture.
Furthermore I am teaching at primary level, offering an early introduction to German in various primary schools in Dublin. One-to-one lessons, or group sessions, are also available for this age upon request.
I am flexible regarding availability: lessons can be arranged during the day, in the evening or over the weekend. I teach in my house in Templeogue, South Dublin.
Rates depend on what type of lesson is required and where they will take place. They include individual homework and worksheets.

My daughter has changed schools and is now in 5th yr. She studied German for junior cert. Her new school doesn't teach German so she's to study it outside school. Has anyone got any ideas on how to do this without going to expensive institutes. She will be doing lower level.
