When does Rellik start on BBC One, who’s in the cast with Jodi Balfour and Richard Dormer and what’s it about?
The new thriller series has been created by the writers of cult hits The Missing and Liar (Harry and Jack Williams)!

What is Rellik about?

Rellik - killer spelled backwards - tells the story of a serial killed in reverse.

Starting from when the killer is caught, the thriller will go backwards in time to the very beginning of his killing spree.

Gabriel Markham - a disfigured detective - is propelled in an obsessive hunt for the serial killer who literally left a mark on him both physically and mentally.

Elaine, Gabriel's partner, is drawn into the investigation after being bright but eager to please.

The search for the killer provides the backbone of the story.

I put spoilers request in the tittle, but we will already know who done it at the start!

Still need to know if telling the story in reverse will work.


Maybe it will be revealed that they got the wrong Killer?

Decided to give this a whirl despite the majority of reviews suggesting it was absolute rubbish.

And it's absolute rubbish.

Suprised there isn't more love for this show, it's no Memento but still a good story and something different.

I'm hoping the final episode is set after the first.

I'm enjoying it, it's all 'fur coat and no knickers' but the way the revelations are er revealed
works well. For anyone who enjoys seeing what car is driven by the cops (it's so often an old Volvo for some reason!), the female cop is in a Ford Holden model - a Caprice by the looks of it.
