3rd Level Student Loan

    Hi,

    I made an application for a Student Loan over two weeks ago and have still had to email or phone call regarding it. Is there anyone i can contact to see if it is being processed?

    Thanks for getting in contact with us here and very sorry that you have been contacted yet.

    Can I ask you to check the spam and/or the junk folders of your email as sometimes our emails can go into these folders automatically. Also can I ask if you have sent the documentation needed for the application to us?

    Thanks for getting in contact with us here and very sorry that you have been contacted yet.

    I have been checking them daily for the last week or so but I've seen or heard nothing.

    I have been into the Sligo branch and signed and produced all documents I needed too. They took and retained copies of all.

    I just don't understand why this process is as long as it's taking.

    I would ask that you call our lending section directly on 0818 200 334 and they'll be able to have a look into your application to check on any update with it.
