State annulment Help please

Can anyone please help me, what is the steps to get a state annulment in ireland? Can you tell me how long it needs to be before I can apply for a state annulment? Can it be done by yourself or do i need a solicitor? Any advice I'd be grateful Thank you

Have a read of this Ally, Some very strict rules for an annulment.

There is no lower or upper time limit on applying but the quicker the better. Be a bit hard to claim it after 20 years and 3 kids if you know what I mean.
