    Hi,

    Early this year I noticed my broadband speed declined from roughly 38Mbps to 30Mbps, I phoned Eir support and they sent out an engineer to check my line. The engineer fixed the problem and said there would be no problem with increasing my broadband speed to the 38Mbps profile.

    My speed remains the same, could you guys please increase the speed to the 38Mbps profile, as you can see the attainable rate is 42.688 Mbps.
