Does anyone know where i can get this or if any libraries/cafés in Dublin have it installed.

Need it for an ECDL exam.

Library’s should have Office, but version might vary, don’t know about cafes.

You could have O365 trial for 30 days, this would allow you to install all office 2016 (Access2016 included) from O365 Enterprise E3 plan, if that is any good (Office 2013 taken away: "Office 365 subscribers can no longer download or install Office 2013 on PC or Office 2011 for Mac from the Office 365 portal or My Account page. To ensure the security of your Office suite and to get all of the latest features, upgrade to Office 2016 for free as part of your Office 365 subscription.").

    Official link here: https://signup.microsoft.com/Signup?OfferId=B07A1127-DE83-4a6d-9F85-2C104BDAE8B4&dl=ENTERPRISEPACK&culture=en-IE&country=IE&ali=1

Google for office 2013 trial and you might get up to 60-day installs.

    Hope it helps

    Would not LibreOffice suffice?

It HAS to be access 2013 as the testing software won't work if ms access 2013 isn't installed on your machine.

    Wow!
The European Computer Driving Licence is the global standard entry level certificate for computer literacy.

So 'computer literacy' requires a specific piece of software!

    What a crock!

Access isn't a standard piece of software with Office AFAIK so doubtful if internet cafés / libraries would have it.

Yea, apparently there's many different options and modules for different versions.
