    Hey folks,
I was looking up usb hubs on amazon and see that some said they aren't designed for use with external HDD's/SSD's. I was hoping to have 2 of these connected to the one hub, both are powered by the same port they connect to.

I'm looking for something with traditional USB female ports and then a USB C male port to connect to my laptop as it has a USB C port and I think it's meant to be much better so might handle extra load on the hub better too? Also USB 3.1 if possible and also individual power switches for each port would be nice, all while being compact and portable :D

Spent a good while looking through various ones but none seem to tick all the boxes, or the most important ones!

If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it :)
