rebuilding wardrobe

    Hi everyone!

I'd really love some advice on rebuilding my wardrobe (I do have an appointment with a personal shopper coming up, but would love some info to get a head start on what they may advise).

I'm not that into fashion and hate shopping. But Iv gutted my wardrobe because it was old, worn and boring. So far I've filled 1.5 black bin bags of old clothes with some more in the wash. And I'm planning on only having the bare minimum left in it to get me through the rebuilding process.

So, what advice do you have for starting from scratch? I generally wear hoodies and Jeans, which I will be replacing some old for new and 'good wear' like dresses for wedding etc is ok. What I really need advice on is the in-between wardrobe - going for dinner/meeting the girls for coffee/getting a bit dressed up for Sunday dinner in the in-laws etc. I'm a stay-at-home Mammy so I don't have a work imposed style (I was a site civil engineer in another life so that required old duds so not a starting point).

    Cheers!
