Apologies if I've missed them lads as I've been getting a lot of PMs with people's picks but from what I can see, I'm just waiting on 3 peoples picks to finish this off, which is fairly impressive!

Could Exclamation Marc, ItsHoggie and stryker mcqueen PM me their picks when possible and I'll update the table.

I'll get the ball rolling then tonight, if all picks are made, on the groups, fixtures and all that.

Any suggestions on what format to run the cups in now that we have 10 per group? I still think the top 4 from each group should qualify for the champions cup but may allow the 5th placed teams in via a playoff against the 4th placed team in the opposite group.

Same goes for the Shield. What do ye think?

Sounds good. I thought last season was as close to perfect as you could've got it so I'd be happy to keep the format as close to that as possible.

Fixtures to commence on a Saturday from now on, commencing on the 5th of January.

There will still be 2 fixtures a week as some people got behind with fixtures last league, me included, so we'll leave as is

Nicely done as usual Colemania. I'm guessing a results thread will be set up closer to GW1. RB Leipzig and Shaktar in the first GW, looking forward to it already!

Yeah, good being able to practice with these teams. If anyone sees me online (meath77) send a message if you want a practice game. I need to try a few formations, think walter.white has well worked out how to break down my 5-2-1-2 defensive formation! I need to try new things out. Probably 8-1-1 :pac:

There is if everyone records the end of match highlight reel of their games. It would be brilliant if the match highlights were shown as a match report instead of just a brief synopsis (although mine tended to be not so brief! :pac:).

That's what I'm planning to do this time anyway. I feel it will really bring the league to life.

Funny, I'm looking forward to playing everyone except Wilberto.

Top scorer would be interesting, it'll have to be something the home team documents.

The more detailed the results, the better! Video highlights or final stats/scorers screenshots very welcome!

Also, to answer TiltedBrains question about tracking scorers, I'd love to do it but I think it could be very hard to enforce. It won't give a true read if some people don't put down who scored. Can be a mission to get people to even post their results sometimes!
