best bmx (value for money)

hi all my son is looking for a bmx for his b-day and was looking for some advice on what a decent brand of bmx would be? budget is up to 200 euro????

Wethepeople are one of the best known brands.

They retail from about €250-550 new, but as your budget is €200 I see this online for €150, needs a back tyre but looks in very good nick.

Of course, as it's his birthday you may want something brand new, in that case you'll be pushing it at €200 I would think.

Most important thing is frame material though, so have a look around local bike shops and online, at the very least it isn't as complex as a road or MTB, where you need to consider drivetrain and fork, shock etc.

well its his b-day coming up and the bike isn't his only present so I could just buy him a used bmx if the quality is very good... any on adverts etc worth a shout out?
