    Can someone id this plant please?

    I'm not sure whether it needs to be repotted or what size it is supposed to grow to...

    Looks to me like a variegated rubber plant.

    If you put it in a larger pot it should grow bigger but they are grown as houseplants since they don't like the cold and so there would be no point letting it get too big if you don't have space for it.
