    Hi,

I'm considering buying in Boycetown Court, Kilcock but work from home and recently heard there is no broadband available there, nor are there any plans for it to be available.

Has anyone bought here who can advise or know someone who bought there?

    Thanks

Highly unlikely Virgin will go there due to lack of density. They do operate to some estates closer to the town.

EIR have maps of planned routes.

probably a better chance with the Millerstown estate given its intended size for Virgin.

    Thanks for the reply.

I would have thought Eir have installed lines for phones etc during the build.....can this not run broadband too?

Are you living in the estate?

Not in the estate. If they were running Fibre to the Cabinet FTTC, you would see a green cabinet about 4ft tall near the location. It is in most new estates. Issue is the locality of the estate, there's nothing else near or planned.
