    If shes coming from a city environment London probably not a great option. Cliffs of Moher, spend the night in Doolin and take in a trad session. A few days in laid back Dublin (compared to NYC) , some shopping, sights and sample some of the great nightlife and array of cuisines available.

    Loads to do whatever her interests are!

    there is nowhere like the top of Slieve League, anyone coming to Ireland with a day to spare should make a point of going up.

    Kilmainham gaol is really cool.
    The national gallery just reopened after a refurb and its really a world class attraction now.

    The Butlers chocolate factory tour gets good reviews.

    Just make sure to have a 1:1 tourist activity to pub time ratio.
