    Hi all,
Myself and my partner have applied for a mortgage with EBS, the mortgage master seemed happy enough that everything should be fine and did not see any reasons for refusal. As they explained, they do not give AIP anymore it's only a full approval or a refusal they give you. It's been over two weeks and we haven't heard back yet. Has anyone else recently applied with them? Is it usual to take so long?
Any advice or information would be much appreciated.
    Thanks in advance 🙂

    Thanks in advance

I applied to them back in March and it took 17 days from the day the application was submitted to the underwriters from the day we got approved. I went with BOI in the end, so I'm not sure what the process is after that.

I had my previous mortgage with them and find they are pretty easy to deal with. Call them and ask? They probably have a lot of applications in or something. I wouldn't worry too much if they have stopped asking for extra info.
