Jump up to the vega 64 which is in stock for 469stg and your sorted. You probably should go for a 750W psu then as well as the 64 is more power hungry.

Looks like a solid build.

BloodBath

This monitor is far better as well and cheaper. I'd probably go with a 6 core intel chip instead then. The higher IPC will help you push closer to 144 fps than with Ryzen.
