    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

    I have checked with the courier and they have said that they tried to deliver today but no one was at home and it will be back out again on Monday.

    Could you check with your sister if our courier had sent her a text regarding delivering it to her please. Our courier are meant to drop all our customer and text.
    This would let me know if this is still happening or not.
