So it's either a marketing master class and they want people at ATN talking about the epic list of bands just announced for EP!

    or...

They go with "spectacular home grown talent added to line up...Gavin James, Coronas, B*Witched, The Corrs, John Spillane."

If its 2 and the reports back from ATN are favourable then its probably time for a change!

Great to see Prodigy on the list,Gomez I can take as well, the rest ,same ould watered down crap we get every year.Be interesting to hear ,would this lineup convince people that maybe ATN would be the festival they would go to in future???

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,539 ✭✭✭ghostdancer

I thought we'd get a few, but didn't expect the quadruple ****fest of Picture This, Gavin James, Walking on Cars, The Coronas.

100% ATN next year for me based on that line up.

True but if they hadn't booked some of the local bigger acts (no matter what we might think of them) then they'ed be rightly slated for ignoring local favs.

I’d consider it if they have a solid lineup in 2019. This year’s is just nowhere near good enough for me. EP is far superior still, despite the mass presence of some really poor Irish & UK acts. EP is really now all things to all people. I’ll stil buy a cheap early bird for 2019 but with the option of selling later based on lineups.
