I'm considering buying an apartment which has a bit of a strange layout and for which it would make sense to add a new separation wall in the middle of a very large room (and possibly add a new door in an existing wall which doesn't appear to be a load-bearing one, but while not ideal there would be another way which only involves a new wall and no change to the existing ones)

Is the autorisation of the management company (or anyone else) required to do this type of thing? And if yes is that type of request something usual whic would be seen as
reasonable and acceptable as long as there is no safety concerned?
