Quick one; have a long term off road vintage tractor and was late sending in off road declaration. Any way around not throwing away €56 for a (notional) motor tax disc?

If the ownership gets transfered into a different name, the new owner isn't liable for the the tax arrears

The new owner has 10 days to either tax it or declare it off the road.
