Help: LCD screen keeps going & staying white.

    Not sure if this is the right place to post so please move & apologies if its incorrect.

    My AOC LCD computer monitor which I connect to my HD & also use it to play X-Box, just stays as a white screen when ever I turn it on & just stays like that, I can hear noise from it but just a white picture.
    Ithought it might be the HD but I used checked my brothers LOGIK LCD screen and that worked fine.

    Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?
