My account got switched from a student account to current

    Hi there,

    I am a full time student (3rd level) of Waterford Institute of Technology.

    I am now in year 2 of my course and have a student account with yourselves.

    However, today upon checking my account I noticed it has switched from a student account to a current account.

    Can you please help?

    2 Years, I'd understand if I had it for 4 years but I've only had it for 2.

    Hiya, sorry for late reply, I had notifications turned off.

    I have not yet spoken to an advisor nor should I have to.

    When I log into my account no transactions show up any more (which I need to see) and they type says current. Under apply it gives me the option to apply for a third level account.

    Can you please fix this asap.

    We are sorry to hear this.

    You would need speak to one of our advisor on 0818 365 365 as they will be able to check the type of account and if it has changed they will be able to raise this for investigation for you.

    If you prefer not to call please raise your question through the online service desk when logged into 365 online.
