    Hello,

I would like to rent out a space via airbnb with the proceeds to go to a charity. Could anyone advise on how I could go about it the best way. For instance, is it possible to avoid any tax been taken from it if all the income will be put to a charitable donation?

I am currently filling out a TR1 form as a sole trader for other work I do and income from the short spell of airbnb I did this summer. Could I continue as a sole trader or would it need to take another legal format?

    Thank you
