I cannot login even though I had an email notification that the login would transfer over as is?

Meteor app will no longer work. I downloaded my eir app and used my log in detail from Meteor. It worked.

    Hi all,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

The myMeteor app will no longer work as the rebrand has gone through. You will need to download the myeir app and this should work for you using your Meteor details.

    Thanks

If it's a mobile broadband account you wouldn't have a broadband reference number, you would need the mobile number associated with your account in order to register/log in to this site.

Do you know your account number? If so, can you send it to me, along with your full name in a PM please?
