    Hi

I have used the website to check for fibre broadband availability and it says the eir fibre had reached the area but is not available for your address yet.. But my next door neighbours in 2 different houses got it installed today in one and the other is being done tomorrow..
So the reality is that it is available but because one is a new customer and the other is moving from Sky they are being prioritised over me as an existing customer!!

I dont understand why when he is literally installing it next door he cannot look after an existing customer??

    Hi Technophobe,

The eFibre service is subject to availability and individual to each house so not all customer will be able to avail of the service.

Feel free to PM me your details and I'll clarify this for you.

    Thanks

    Adam
