Is it normal to be waiting up to 6 days to get an approved loan?

    1) Sign the docusign on Thursday evening.
    2) Was told it would be after 3:30 Friday if not Monday.
    3) No sign of the funds, so rang up and was told it could take up to Wednesday before I see anything.

    So my question is, is it normal to be waiting up to 53 hours and counting. (Not including the weekend)

    I'm sorry to hear your loan application was not processed as quickly as we would like. Although we do aim to process these within 2-3 days, at busier times this can sometimes take a bit longer.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Unfortunately its now Wednesday and I am still waiting. This is a full week now since approval, that I have been waiting patiently for this 2-3 days for a loan. Is there a direct number I can ring, as this is getting a little silly to be waiting a week for a loan this day and age.
