Does anyone know what the plans are for this area? Some of the batch lots have been sold off recently, and some others are also up for sale now.

Aye be interested to know if they intend developing it as it was rezoned or if it will remain rental housing units.

There are 6 houses in Seatown Road and 2 houses on St. Colmcille's Drive fenced off.

Refurbishment has started on the above houses.

There is a Safety Notice up (Form AF 2) and the client is Fingal Co. Council.
