Sole Trader Vs Ltd Company

    I plan to start a small new business and I have been advised to use a Limited Company as opposed to going as a sole trader.

    What is the benefits of both? I gather the Ltd Company option can make it more tax efficient?

    It would be a 'one-person' business - ie, just myself with the possibility of occasional casual staff further down the line.

    Any and all advice welcome.
