Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nothing to see here, surprised the Mayo man wasn't booked. The greatest team of cynics, and corrupt cheats ever to walk into the stadium in my book.

"And still singing out of tune".

What an unnecessarily b1tchy comment from Brolly.

Don't think it's as bad as some people on here are going on about, just looked like pushed his head into the ground in a scuffle for the ball which happens quite often.

At least she's not singing the anthem
    Bitchy comment by Brolly!

They have gotten scorable frees, but O'connor has missed them.
Lots of off the ball going on, and Mayo are holding their own in that regard. Joe isn't having a good game, but he can't see everything, and neither team is particularly interested in playing within the rules. He'll end up though sending someone off for something minor.

Mayo had 1free anywhere near the goal. They should've had another 2 obvious ones. Dublin got 2 mystery frees and scored directly from their fouling a Mayo player.

Who needs analysis when you can talk about cufflinks?

  • Registered Users Posts: 693 ✭✭✭grbear

I've no interest in getting into an argument about referee bias but when discussion of a referees performance is dominating conversation about the match then the ref is having a lousy day at the office.

They'd have won maybe one all-Ireland out of the last four if it wasn't for clearly biased corrupt refereeing along the way helping them and denying their next nearest opponents.

    Lol

The only foul that followed was over holding- what foul you see?

    Sounds great.

Half time anaylsis consisting of discussing Joe Brollys cufflinks that he got from former vice president Joe Biden :confused:

Thank god I've given up watching the analysis on RTE.

Of course whilst ignoring the elephant in the room, RTE and the GAA all want Dublin and nothing will stop them to get what they want.

Watching RTE - definitely trying to make the most of the advertising time, less than a minute of analysis!

On about Joe brollys cufflinks as if anyone have a boll0cks

Mayonnaise is showing the blue cheese that they are the better sandwich filler.

Do you write the lines for the Take Me Out TV programme ?

The free wasn't for the two players running into each other, it was for the following foul. But that doesn't fit in with all the wailing and moaning does it?

There wasn't a foul. There was a dublin player standing still in the middle of 3 Mayo players.

Joe Brolly's cufflinks causing poor movement and communication in the Dublin full forward line.

    Gavin to O'Gara....

"Call that an eye gouge?" "Diarmuid, get on there and show him how it's done"

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,605 ✭✭✭TheCitizen

    Connolly on, Dublin panicking perhaps

The GAA should be severely embarrassed with the biase of the refereeing on the biggest stage for them. I'm embarrassed to be a gaa man watching tbh. He's been worth five points to Dublin between non awards to Mayo and soft awards to Dublin.

With a bit of luck Connolly gets the red OGara should have

A lot of people would call that an eye gouge.

O'Gara should've got a red too so Dublin should be down to 15 men.

O'Shea trip. Does McCarthy have to go down or brought down for it to be a black?

He provides nothing. I think he's supposed to be a colour commentator but he's trying to be a play-by-play one and failing.

i heard Ger Canning bleating on about it. Not a word was said about the yellow card that was given for a Dublin player in the first half that was also a deliberate trip. Did you not see that one either?

Kills me to say it but with the subs coming on it looks like there is only one winner here.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 443 ✭✭Kh1993

O'Shea trying to stop a quick free there. People giving out about dubs doing that earlier
