Upgraded Credit Card

    Hi ,

    I changed from a standard to Platinum credit card last week. Got a text message today from BOI saying the following;

    Thank you for your recent enquiry to upgrade your BOI Credit Card.  We would like to speak with you about this.  Please call us on 1890604604 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri.  Thanks, BOI.

    When I call that number its for Insurance Service, where my options are

    1 Car
    2 House
    3 Personal

    Pressed 3 and was put through to an insurance Broker (Not BOI) who didnt have a clue what I was talking about.

    Whats this all about?
