    Hi,
I'm an existing Eir Customer.  Have been waiting patiently for fibre rollout.  The message always tends to be its coming soon to my area.  I was delighted then today to received a letter from Eir pesronalised to me through the letter box with 'great news' that fibre has arrived in your area.  Checked the Eir website and the Fibre rollout map and no change on the message i.e. Fibre still hasn't reached your area?  So which is it?

I've been trying to logon to my Eir account too to check my existing subscription but I get errors on the logon preventing me access.  :-(

    Cheers,
    Mick

    Hi Mick,

Thanks for getting in touch. Can you PM me your account number and full name, please? I'll look into this for you to see if fibre is available to you.

I am also an existing Eir customer. There is a fibre cabinet at the top of my street in Dun Laoghaire. But I cannot get an answer from Eir as to when I can connect to fibre. If anyone from Eir is monitoring this thread please reply.
